Ready to solve

Darkened up the lines. Print it, cut carefully along the lines, fold, glue/tape, and solve, from Eye to Door.



Here I give it a spin. Bonus points for guessing the album.

    An excellent and logical guess, and I would've used APP's "Pyramid" record if I still had it, so I made a random choice and went with Alice
    Cooper's "Flush The Fashion."
